The Aura HZ Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets are designed according to the most advanced electronic and aerodynamic technologies to ensure a contamination-controlled environment of the highest quality.

The AURA HZ horizontal laminar airflow cabinetwork zone is Class 100 providing product protection from external contamination and cross contamination inside the working chamber where air speed is permanently controlled for the highest product safety.

AURA HZ Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinet Features:

MAC - Microprocessor Automatic Control air volume monitoring. A new, innovative microprocessor control system. Offering state of the art safety features the microprocessor-based module provides automatic control of the pre set airflow volumes throughout the whole usable life of the installed filters. When a deviation from the set airflow is detected, be it from supply voltage increase-decrease or filter loading, the automatic control adjusts the airflows accordingly.
Venturi - effect sidewalls of safety tempered glass installed inside the airflow to prevent any leakage from the outside atmosphere
High efficiency washable polyurethane prefilters to remove coarse particles before the air reaches the HEPA filter.
HEPA filter manufactured in accordance with MIL-F51068 and BS 3928 with a 99.999% efficiency on 0.3µ particles DOP tested
Micromesh membrane on HEPA filter downstream surface for perfect air distribution
Cabinet outer surfaces made of rolled steel with paint finish
Electronic control of air speed with bargraph display for air speed value
Centrifugal motor blower
Working surface made from Grade 3 stainless steel
Control panel incorporates soft touch keys providing control of lighting, motor blower and UV light
